Overview:  

The MAX26039ATPAY is a compact synchronous buck-boost converter with integrated high-side and low-side switches. The MAX26039ATPAY provides a fixed 5V output voltage and a programmable input range from 4.0V to 15V. The frequency can be adjusted between 220kHz and 2.2MHz, enabling the use of smaller external components and reducing output ripple. The MAX26039ATPAY is housed in a small (4mm x 4mm), 20-pin, side-wettable TQFN package, requiring only a minimal number of external components.
