The ADP5135ACPZ integrates three high-performance step-down regulators. It adopts a 24-pin, 4 mm x 4 mm LFCSP package. The high switching frequency of this step-down regulator supports small multi-layer external devices and reduces the circuit board space to a smaller extent. When the MODE pin is set to high, the ADP5135ACPZ operates in forced PWM mode. When the MODE pin is set to low level, if the load exceeds the predefined threshold, the step-down regulator operates in PWM mode. When the load current drops below the predefined threshold, the step-down regulator operates in power-saving mode (PSM) to improve the efficiency of light loads.
