The ADP5310AREZN-3.3 device adopts a 16-pin TSSOP_EP package, integrating two step-down regulators and a load switch, which can meet the strict performance and circuit board space requirements. The ADP5310AREZN-3.3 can be directly connected to a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 15.0V, allowing it to be powered by multiple alkaline /NiMH batteries or lithium batteries as well as other power sources.

The step-down regulator in Channel 1 adopts the current mode and constant frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) control scheme. The ADP5310AREZN-3.3 has excellent stability and transient performance, and the output current can be as high as 800 mA. The automatic PWM/ pulse jump mode (PSM) control scheme achieves excellent optical output current efficiency. The power supply has a good signal indicating that the output of channel 1 is within 92% of its nominal value.

ADP5310AREZN-3.3 mainly has the following characteristics:

Wide input voltage range: 2.7V to 15.0V

Static current: 700 nA (when EN1 = SYNC/MODE = low)

Output accuracy: ±1.5% (throughout the entire temperature range in PWM mode)

The switching frequency is 600 kHz (or 1.2 MHz), and the optional synchronous input range is 400 kHz to 1.4 MHz

The output current can reach up to 50 mA (in hysteresis mode) and 300 mA (in PWM mode), and operates in 100% duty cycle mode

Low RDS(ON) (494 mΩ, when VOUT3 = 2.5 V)
