The ADP5310AREZN-255 is a 3-channel, integrated ultra-low power solution with a dual-channel black regulator and load switch produced by (ADI). The ADP5310AREZN-255 can be directly connected to a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 15.0V, allowing it to be powered by multiple alkaline /NiMH batteries or lithium batteries as well as other power sources. The important safety features of this device include overcurrent protection (OCP), thermal shutdown (TSD), and input undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The rated junction temperature range of ADP5310AREZN-255 is from -40 °C to +125°C.
