The ADP2230ACPZ is an integrated device featuring two high-efficiency, low static current, 800 mA, step-down, DC-DC converters. It is available in a small 10-pin 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP package. The entire solution only requires five small external components. When the ADP2230ACPZ uses three 0603 capacitors and two 2mm × 2mm inductors, the total solution area is approximately 48mm ², making it the smallest size solution to meet the requirements of various portable applications.

In addition, the ADP2230ACPZ step-down regulator adopts a proprietary high-speed current mode and constant-frequency PWM control scheme, featuring outstanding stability and transient response. To reduce the input current ripple, the step-down output operates in a phase-out mode. To ensure the longest battery life for portable applications, the ADP2230ACPZ offers a variable-frequency power-saving mode, which can reduce the switching frequency under low load conditions.
