The MAX20412ATJF is a dual-output, high-efficiency step-down controller IC for automotive-grade SOC core power supplies, with an input voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V and an output voltage range of 0.25V to 1.275V. The controller architecture supports a load current of up to 30A per phase. Channel 1 can be optionally operated with two phases to provide a higher load current. Therefore, the MAX20412ATJF is highly suitable for automotive point-of-load (PoL) and rear-mounted regulation applications.
