Product Description

The MAX20796GFB is a fully integrated, highly efficient, dual-phase switching power supply regulator, suitable for applications with operating voltages ranging from 4.5V to 16V and requiring a maximum load current of up to 60A or 90A (with an optional third-phase external power supply). The output voltage range can be configured within a certain duty cycle limit from 0.5V to 5.5V. The MAX20796GFB switching regulator operates at a fixed frequency control, providing an extremely compact, fast and high-precision power supply solution, making it highly suitable for server and telecommunications applications.
