The LP8866SQDCPRQ1 is a high efficiency LED driver with boost controller for automotive applications. Six high-precision current sinks support phase shift, which is automatically adjusted according to the number of LEDs. The phase shift is automatically adjusted according to the number of channels used. LED brightness can be globally controlled via the I²C interface or PWM input. The boost controller has adaptive output voltage control. Adaptive output voltage control based on the current heat sink headroom voltage.
