REF3040AIDBZR is a precision, low-power, low-dropout voltage reference product packaged in a miniature 3-pin SOT-23 package. REF3040AIDBZR is a performance-enhanced version of the REF30 series, specifically designed for precision applications.

REF3040AIDBZR features low power consumption and improved accuracy, making it ideal for loop-powered industrial applications (such as pressure and temperature transmitters) as well as battery-powered applications. The REF3040AIDBZR is rated for industrial-grade operating temperatures ranging from –40°C to +125°C. The REF3040AIDBZR is easy to use in intrinsically safe and explosion-proof applications, as it does not require a load capacitor to maintain stability.
