The HMC694LP4E is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT analog variable gain amplifier that operates over the frequency range of 6 to 17 GHz. Suitable for microwave radio applications, the amplifier provides up to 22 dB of gain, +22 dBm output P1dB, and +30 dBm output IP3 (at maximum gain), while consuming only 175 mA of power at a +5V supply. Provides gate bias pin (Vctrl) enables variable gain control up to 23 dB. 

The HMC694LP4E provides excellent gain flatness for EW, ECM and radar applications. The HMC694LP4E is available in a RoHS compliant 4x4 mm QFN pinless package compatible with high volume surface mount manufacturing technology.
