The HMC649ALP6E is a 6-bit digital phase shifter chip with a rated frequency range of 3 GHz to 6 GHz, providing 360-degree phase coverage with an LSB of 5.625 degrees. The HMC649ALP6E features a low RMS phase error of 3 degrees across all phase states and extremely low insertion loss variation of ±0.5 dB. This high-precision phase shifter is controlled via a 0/5 V positive control logic. The HMC649ALP6E is housed in a compact 6 mm x 6 mm plastic lead-free SMT package, internally matched to 50 Ω, requiring no external components.
