Product Description

The ADM706RARZ is a microprocessor monitoring circuit manufactured by Analog Devices designed for monitoring 3V or 3.3V power supplies. It provides a power monitoring circuit that generates a reset output under power-on, power-off, and undervoltage conditions. Additionally, the chip features an independent watchdog monitoring circuit, which activates if the watchdog input does not toggle within 1.6 seconds.
