The HMC463LP5E is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT low noise AGC distributed amplifier in a lead-free 5x5 mm surface mount package with an operating frequency range of 2 to 20 GHz. 

The HMC463LP5E delivers 13 dB of gain, a noise figure of 2.8 dB, and 18 dBm output power (1 dB gain compression) and consumes only 60 mA from a +5 V supply. It also offers selectable gate bias (Vgg2) and adjustable gain control (AGC) up to 8 dB (typical). 

The HMC463LP5E offers excellent gain flatness of 0.5 dB over the 6 - 18 GHz range, making it ideal for EW, ECM radar and test equipment applications. The HMC463LP5E LNA I/O is internally matched to 50 Ω and internally isolated.
