The REF5050IDR is a low noise, low drift, and extremely high precision voltage reference. These references support both sink and pull currents and have excellent linearity and load regulation.

Proprietary design techniques are used to achieve excellent temperature drift (2.5ppm/°C) and high accuracy (0.025%). These features, combined with very low flicker noise (0.5µVPP/V), make the REF5050IDR ideally suited for use in high precision data acquisition systems.
