The Texas Instruments LM4040D20IDBZR precision micropower shunt voltage reference is a versatile, easy-to-use device for a wide range of applications.2-Pin Fixed Output The LM4040D20IDBZR eliminates the need for an external capacitor and is stable under all capacitive load conditions. In addition, the reference has low dynamic impedance, noise, and temperature coefficient to support stable output voltages over a wide operating current and temperature range.

The TI LM4040D20IDBZR uses fuse and Zener Zap reverse breakdown voltage trimming during wafer sorting to provide four output voltage tolerances ranging from 0.1% (max) in Class A to 1% (max) in Class D. The TI LM4040D20IDBZR is designed to provide a stable output voltage over a wide range of operating currents and temperatures. These features allow flexibility in selecting the best price/performance application.
