The HMC7357LP5GE is a three-stage GaAs pHEMT MMIC medium power amplifier operating in the frequency range 5.5 to 8.5 GHz. The HMC7357LP5GE has a gain of 29 dB, a saturation output power of +35 dBm, a PAE of 34%, and a supply voltage of +8V.

The HMC7357LP5GE offers excellent output IP3 performance of +41.5 dBm, making it ideal for linear applications such as high-capacity point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radios or VSAT/SATCOM applications that require an efficient saturation output power of +35 dBm.
