The INA293B1QDBVRQ1 is an ultra-precision current-sense amplifier that measures the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a wide common-mode range of -4V to 110V. Negative common-mode voltage allows the device to operate below the ground voltage, allowing accurate measurement of recirculating currents in half-bridge applications. The combination of low out-of-phase voltage, small gain error, and high DC CMRR enables highly accurate current measurements.The INA293-Q1 is suitable not only for DC current measurements, but also for high-speed applications, such as fast overcurrent protection, with a high bandwidth of 1.3 MHz and an 85 dB AC CMRR (at 50 kHz). 

The INA293B1QDBVRQ1 is supplied from a single 2.7V to 20V supply with a 1.5mA supply current. The INA293B1QDBVRQ1 is available in five gain options: 20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, 200V/V, and 500V/V, which are designed to meet a wide dynamic range of current sensing applications.

The INA293B1QDBVRQ1 is rated over the -40 °C to +125 °C operating temperature range and is available in a space-saving SOT-23 package with two pin types.
