The INA230AIRGTR is a bidirectional current and power monitor with an I²C interface (featuring 16 programmable addresses). The INA230AIRGTR monitors shunt voltage drop and bus power voltage. Programmable calibration values, conversion time, and averaging calculations, combined with an internal multiplier, enable direct reading of current values (amps) and power values (watts). The INA230AIRGTR detects current on the bus (voltage ranging from 0V to 36V), and the device is powered by a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, and consumes 330μA (typical) of supply current. The INA230AIRGTR is rated for operation over a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
