The REF3425IDBVR is a 2.5V low-drift, low-power, small series voltage reference.The REF34xx devices are low-temperature-drift (6ppm/°C), low-power, high-accuracy CMOS voltage references with ±0.05% initial accuracy, low operating current, and power consumption of less than 95µA. The device also offers ultra-low output noise of 3.8µVp-p/V, which allows it to maintain high signal integrity when used as a high-resolution data converter in noise-critical systems.The REF34xx is available in a small SOT-23 package, which provides higher specifications and enables pin-for-pin replacement of the MAX607x, ADR34xx, and LT1790 (REF34xxT, no EN). The REF34xx family is compatible with most ADCs and DACs, such as the ADS1287, DAC8802, and ADS1112.

The device's low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further improve stability and system reliability. In addition, the device's small size and low operating current (95µA) make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications.
