The IM06B15AC1 is a CIPOS™ Mini 600V 15A three-phase TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 Intelligent Power Module in an open emitter, DIP 36x21 package. It provides a full-featured, compact inverter solution for motor drive applications including industrial motor drives, pumps, fan drives and HVAC, with excellent thermal performance and power loss.
