The IGCM04G60HA CIPOS Mini intelligent power module (IPM) is designed for controlling motor drive applications, such as refrigerators. IGCM04G60HA adopts DIP 36x21 package. It offers cost and performance-optimized efficiency, combining reverse conduction (RC) IGBTs with excellent thermal conductivity and electrical isolation, making it suitable for low-power motor drivers.

The CIPOS™ Mini series configuration includes two-phase MOSFET, three-phase MOSFET and IGBT, integrated PFC, as well as two-phase and three-phase interleaved PFC. All options include an integrated gate driver and a built-in temperature sensor. CIPOS™ Mini helps many power applications achieve optimized performance, which require good thermal conductivity and electrical isolation, as well as EMI- safety control, innovative fault indication and overload protection.
