The IM111-X6Q1B CIPOS™ Nano intelligent power module (IPM) is a highly integrated power module, suitable for efficient consumer and light industrial applications. The IM111-X6Q1B adopts a full-bridge configuration and is designed for rectifier, converter and inverter stages in power management circuits and motor drivers. These applications include fans, hair dryers, air purifiers and circulation pumps. This device adopts the innovative Power QFN package, which uses PCB copper traces to dissipate heat for the module.
