Overview:
The ADL8143ACPZN is a low noise amplifier (LNA) that operates in the 8 GHz to 14 GHz frequency range. In the 8 GHz to 10 GHz range, the typical gain, noise factor, 1dB compressed output power (OP1dB), and output third-order intermodulation intercept (OIP3) are 28.5 dB, 1dB, 7.5 dBm, and 19.5 dBm, respectively. The nominal static current (IDQ) is adjustable to 35 mA at 1.5V supply voltage (VDD). The ADL8143 also has AC coupled and internally matched 50 ohm inputs and outputs.
