The NTB7D3N15MC is an ON Semiconductor shielded-gate PowerTrench® MOSFET is an N-channel MOSFET that minimises on-resistance and maintains excellent switching performance (via a best-in-class flexible diode). This MOSFET has a lower Qrr than other MOSFETs. Shielded gate PowerTrench MOSFETs reduce switching noise/electromagnetic interference (EMI).
