LV5692P is a multi-output linear regulator integrated circuit specifically designed for automotive audio systems and in-vehicle infotainment systems. The chip integrates five linear regulator output channels, a P-FET pre-driver for USB power supply, a high-side switch, and overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown circuits.

LV5692P Features

Multi-channel regulated output: Provides 5 linear regulated output channels.

High-side switch: Input-output voltage difference of 0.5V, with a maximum output current of 500mA.

Overcurrent protection: Prevents circuit overload.

Overvoltage protection: Clamping voltage of 21V (typical) when VDD-OUT is absent.

Thermal shutdown: Automatically shuts down at 175°C (typical).  

Low quiescent current: Only 50µA (typical, when only VDD is active).
