The MAX22344BAAP 4-channel digital current isolator transfers digital signals between circuits with different power domains. Power consumption is less than 0.74mW per channel at 1Mbps rate (1.8V supply). The isolators feature enhanced isolation with a voltage withstand rating of 3.75kVRMS (for 60 seconds). All possible unidirectional channel configurations are provided to support any 4-channel design. This includes SPI, RS-485 and digital I/O applications.
