The ADUM1201CRZ is a high-performance dual-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. This chip integrates high-speed CMOS with monolithic transformer technology to provide two independent isolated channels, supporting various channel configurations and data rates. It features low pulse width distortion (less than 3 ns) and strict channel-to-channel matching characteristics, and ensures DC correctness under no input logic transition and power-on/power-off conditions.
