The STL33N60DM6 N-channel power MOSFET is a product of the MDmesh DM6 family with fast recovery diode characteristics. Compared to previous generation MDmesh technology, DM6 combines extremely low recovery charge (Qrr), extremely short recovery time (trr), and excellent on-resistance (RDS(on)) with the most efficient switching characteristics in the industry, making it ideal for use in efficient-demanding bridge topologies and ZVS (zero voltage switching) phase-shifting converters.
