The BSC028N06LS3G is an N-channel enhancement power MOSFET in a TDSON-8 package.The BSC028N06LS3G OptiMOS™ 60 V is ideal for synchronous rectification of switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), such as servers, desktops, and tablet chargers.
