The MAX14918ATG features eight 640mA smart high-side switches that can also be configured as push-pull drivers for high-speed switching. The transfer delay from input to the high-side/low-side driver switches is 1µs (maximum). Each high-side driver has on-resistance as low as 230mΩ (max) at TA = 125°C and 500mA load current.
