The EiceDRIVER™ gate driver 1EDI3025AS is a high-voltage IGBT driver designed specifically for automotive applications, featuring core-less transformer (CT) technology to achieve 8 kV electrical isolation. The driver features a robust output stage capable of delivering up to 20 A peak current, making it suitable for high-power switching applications. Its discrete output stage allows for different rise/fall times for switch turn-on and turn-off via independent gate resistors, and includes DESAT protection functionality.
