The DRV81008QPWPRQ1 is an eight-channel low-side driver integrating protection and diagnostic features. It is designed to control relays in automotive and industrial applications. Each low-side switch in the DRV81008QPWPRQ1 has a 700mΩ on-resistance. When all eight channels are simultaneously turned on, the device can deliver 330mA current per output. Integrated clamping circuits on each output dissipate stored energy during the turn-off of inductive loads.
