The LTC7804IUD is a high performance synchronous step-up DC/DC switching regulator controller that drives all N-channel power MOSFET stages. Synchronous rectification improves efficiency, lowers power consumption and reduces heat dissipation requirements. The constant frequency current mode architecture allows phase-locked switching frequencies up to 3 MHz.
