The LTM4707IY is a complete 16A step-down Silent Switcher 3 power μModule® regulator in a tiny 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 5.07mm BGA package. This package contains a switch controller, power MOSFET, inductor and supported components.

The working input voltage range of the LTM4707IY is 3V to 16V, and it supports an output range of 0.3V to 6V. The output voltage is set through a single resistor, thereby providing unit gain operation within the output range and generating an output noise that is independent of the output voltage and almost constant. This design can be completed simply by batch inputting and outputting capacitors.
