The LTM4654EY hybrid step-down µModule® bus converter is a complete 300W output pull-up/potting current switching mode hybrid topology step-down DC-DC power μModule (micro module) bus converter. The LTM4654EY is designed to provide an output current of up to 25A within an input voltage range of 20V to 55V.

The LTM4654EY voltage regulator adopts a compact BGA package, integrating a switch controller IC, power MOSFET, magnetic components and matching parts, significantly simplifying the power system design and reducing the circuit board space. The LTM4654EY features a fixed 5:1 input-to-output voltage ratio, making it highly suitable for converting high-voltage intermediate bus rails to lower voltages in telecommunications, industrial, and automotive applications.
