The ISO7740FQDBQRQ1 is a high-performance four-channel digital isolator available in UL 1577-compliant isolation ratings of 5700V RMS in the DWW package, 5000V RMS in the DW package, and 3000V RMS in the DBQ package. Offering high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation at low power consumption, they are also capable of isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. The logic input and output buffers of each isolated channel are isolated by a double-capacitance silicon dioxide (SiO 2) barrier.
