The TRF1208RPVT is an ultra-high performance RF amplifier optimized for radio frequency (RF) applications. It is ideal for AC-coupled applications requiring single-ended to differential conversion when driving analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) such as the high-performance ADC12DJ5200RF. The on-chip matching element simplifies the printed circuit board (PCB) implementation and provides the highest performance within the available bandwidth. The device is fabricated using Texas Instruments' (TI) advanced complementary BiCMOS process and is available in a space-saving WQFN-FCRLF package.

The TRF1208RPVT is powered by a single-rail supply and consumes approximately 138mA of operating current. A power-down feature also contributes to energy savings.
