The ADCA5190ACPZ is a medium power gain block amplifier that provides excellent linearity over a flexible bias range, enabling high power designs for a variety of applications. The device provides 19.1 dB of flat gain up to 1800 MHz, making it ideal for the Data Service Interface Specification for Cable TV (DOCSIS®). The device is also well suited as an output stage for upstream applications up to 700 MHz. The device is available in an industry-standard 32-lead package, 5 mm × 5 mm leadframe chip-scale package (LFCSP) with an exposed pad on the bottom of the package for user convenience.
