The LT6658AHDE-5 is a high-precision, dual-output, low-noise voltage reference chip belonging to the ‘Refulator™’ series. This chip combines the precision of a reference voltage source with the drive capability of a linear regulator, making it suitable for applications such as high-precision analogue circuits, data acquisition systems, and power management.

Dual outputs: Each output can be configured for up to 6V.

High Precision: Grade A accuracy is ±0.05% (maximum), and Grade B accuracy is ±0.1% (maximum).

Low Temperature Drift: Grade A is 10ppm/°C (maximum), and Grade B is 20ppm/°C (maximum).

Low Noise: Noise from 0.1Hz to 10Hz is 1.5ppmP-P.

Wide Operating Voltage Range: Input voltage range is 5V to 36V.

High Load Capacity: Output 1 supports 150mA source current and 20mA sink current, Output 2 supports 50mA source current and 20mA sink current.

High power supply rejection ratio: AC PSRR is 96dB at 10kHz.  

Thermal shutdown protection: Built-in thermal shutdown function ensures safe operation under overheating conditions.  

Package type: Uses a 16-pin DFN (4mm x 3mm with exposed pad) package.
