The MAX14934FAWE is a family of four-channel, 5kVRMS digital isolators using patented process technology owned by Maxim. For applications requiring 2.75kVRMS isolation, it enables digital signals to be transmitted between circuits in different power supply domains and operates in ambient temperatures up to +125°C. All three possible channel direction configurations are available to meet any kind of 4-channel design, including SPI, RS-232, RS-485 and digital I/O applications.
