The MAX12930CASA is a family of dual-channel, 3.75kV/5kVRMS digital isolators using patented process technology owned by Maxim. These devices transfer digital signals between circuits in different power domains with power consumption as low as 0.65mW per channel at 1Mbps data rate and 1.8V. Available in 25Mbps or 150Mbps maximum data rates, as well as high or low default outputs. The default state is the output state when no input is applied or when the input is open. The isolator's independent power supply of 1.71V to 5.5V per side also makes the device suitable for use as a level shifter.
