The MAX22164FAEE is a family of six-channel, enhanced, fast, low-power digital galvanic isolators using Analog Devices' proprietary process technology. All devices feature enhanced isolation and are rated at 3kVRMS for 60 seconds. Both the automotive and general purpose devices are rated for operation from -40°C to +125°C. Devices with the /V suffix are AEC-Q100 compliant. See Ordering Information for all automotive part numbers.
