The MAX22445CAWE are enhanced, fast, low-power, 4-channel digital isolators using Maxim's proprietary process technology. These devices provide digital signal transmission for circuits operating in different power domains and consume only 0.74mW per channel at 1Mbps data rate (1.8V supply). All devices in the family provide enhanced isolation and can withstand 5kVRMS voltage ratings for up to 60 seconds.
