The MAX2686EWS low noise amplifier (LNA) is designed for GPS L1, Galileo and GLONASS applications. The devices use Maxim's advanced SiGe process to maximise the input reference 1dB compression point as well as the third-order intercept point while providing high gain and ultra-low noise figure.The MAX2686 provides high gain of 19dB.

The MAX2686EWS devices are supplied from a single +1.6V to +3.3V supply. A selectable shutdown feature reduces supply current to less than 10µA. The devices are available in an ultra-small, lead-free and RoHS-compliant 0.86mm x 0.86mm x 0.65mm wafer-level package (WLP).
