The MAX2679ENS low noise amplifier (LNA) is designed for GPS L1, Galileo and GLONASS applications. The devices feature high gain and low noise figure, and high input 1dB compression point and 3rd order crossmodulation point.The MAX2679 offers excellent performance while consuming only 1mA of current and providing a 0.95dB noise figure.
The MAX2679ENS operates from a single supply voltage of +1.08V to +1.98V. The devices are available in an extremely small, lead-free/RoHS-compliant 0.83mm x 0.83mm wafer-level package (WLP).
