The DRV3256AEPAPRQ1 devices are highly integrated three-phase gate drivers for 48V automotive motor drive applications. These devices are specifically designed to support high power motor drive applications by providing 2A peak pull current and 2.5A peak sink current (gate drive) as well as 90V MOSFET transient overvoltage support. The use of a highly efficient bootstrap architecture fully reduces the gate driver's power loss and self-heating. A charge pump enables the gate driver to support 100% PWM duty cycle control.
