The DAC161S997RGH is an ultra-low-power 16-bit ΣΔ digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that sends analogue output current in an industry-standard 4-20mA current loop.

The DAC161S997RGH features a simple four-wire serial peripheral interface (SPI) for data transfer and DAC function configuration.

The DAC161S997RGH is available in a 16-pin, ultra-thin 4mm × 4mm quad-flat leadless (WQFN) package and is rated for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The DAC161S997RGH is also available in a 4mm × 4mm WQFN package.
