The DRV8143PQDGQRQ1 automotive half-bridge drivers are fully integrated half-bridge drivers for a variety of automotive applications. Designed using the BiCMOS high power process technology node, this monolithic power packaged device provides excellent power handling and thermal performance, not only with easy layout and compact package size, but also with accurate current sensing, EMI control, robustness and diagnostic features. The family offers the same pin functionality and scalable RON (current capability) to support different loads.

The devices integrate an N-channel half-bridge, high-side current detection and regulation, charge pump regulator, current proportional output, and protection circuitry. A low-power sleep mode is also provided for lower quiescent current. The devices provide voltage monitoring, load diagnostics, and overcurrent and overheat protection. Fault conditions are indicated on the nFAULT pin.
