LMH9235IRRLR: 3.3GHz to 4.2GHz Single-Ended to Differential Amplifier, WQFN-12


The LMH9235IRRLR is a high-performance, single-channel, single-ended input to differential output receive RF gain block amplifier supporting a 3.6GHz centre frequency band. This device is ideally suited to support the requirements of next-generation 5G AAS or small cell applications where LNA gain is insufficient to drive the full scale of the analogue front end (AFE). The RF amplifier delivers 17dB typical gain with excellent linearity, featuring an output IP3 of 34dBm, while maintaining a noise figure of approximately 3dB across the entire 1dB bandwidth.
