The ADA4937-1YCPZ is a low-noise, ultra-low distortion, high-speed differential amplifier. It is ideal for driving high-performance ADCs with resolutions up to 16 bits and a DC to 100 MHz bandwidth. The adjustable output common-mode level allows the ADA4937-1YCPZ to match the ADC's input. The internal common-mode feedback loop also provides excellent output balance and suppresses even-order harmonic distortion products.
For the ADA4937-1YCPZ, a simple external feedback network composed of four resistors can be easily used to configure the differential gain, with the feedback network determining the amplifier's closed-loop gain.
The ADA4937-1YCPZ is manufactured using ADI's proprietary silicon-germanium (SiGe) complementary bipolar process, enabling extremely low distortion levels with input voltage noise as low as 2.2 nV/√Hz. Low DC offset and excellent dynamic performance make the ADA4937-1/ADA4937-2 particularly suitable for various data acquisition and signal processing applications.
The ADA4937-1YCPZ is available in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-pin lead-free LFCSP package (ADA4937-1YCPZ, single-channel). The pin layout is optimised to facilitate PCB layout and minimise distortion. The ADA4937-1YCPZ is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, suitable for automotive applications, with a power supply voltage range of 3.3 V to 5 V.
